- Fault protocol creates a repair quote: When a technician records a fault on a submitted protocol, Workvoice now drafts a repair offer automatically, complete with nine default terms. It's ready to edit and send.
- Fill a week's tasks with one click: The dispatch board can now split all pending tasks across your team and the coming days automatically. Click "Fill week", review the plan, adjust anything, and confirm.
- Quote letterhead from your settings: Add your company header to every offer. Set it once in settings, then choose the recipient on each individual quote.
- Captions under photos in protocols: Add a short note to each photo in the photo section. The caption prints directly below the photo in the PDF.
- Edit a device's identity on the review page: If the wrong device was recorded, you can correct its identity from the review page and the fix is saved.
- Transcripts now fix misheard names: After a transcript is saved, Workvoice checks it against your organisation's device list and corrects names like "rival" to "Rittal" when that manufacturer is in your inventory.
Improvements
- Better transcription for walkthroughs: Walkthroughs now use the same improved model as site notes, with a guard against invented text on silent recordings.
- Cursing removed from transcripts: Profanity is automatically stripped from stored transcripts so the text stays professional.
- Protocol list shows when each was started: A new "Created" date column lets you sort and filter by when a protocol was opened, not just when it was submitted.
- Hide a column or section on one protocol: A register column or an entire section can be hidden on a specific submitted protocol without changing the template for everyone.
Fixes
- Signatures follow the last section, not the page foot: Signature blocks in the PDF now appear directly after the last completed section instead of floating at the bottom of the page.
- Voice clips reattached after submit: Voice recordings accidentally dropped when submitting a protocol are now recovered and shown.
- Task list loads all open work: The mobile task list now fetches every open task and completed ones for the past 30 days.
- Cleaner protocol PDFs: Layout and spacing improvements in the printed output.
- Quote price matching improved: Lookups now run from 20 zł, say when no price was found, reuse results for 30 days, and check price-list rows against what you are actually buying.
