# Choose who works on each site

A new site no longer gets everyone in the company added to it. Right after you create it, Workvoice asks who works there, and every site now shows its team, with people added or removed in one place.

## What's new

- **Pick the team when you create a site**: After you create a site, Workvoice asks who works on it. People who already work for the same client are listed first and ticked, so usually it is one tap. You can also skip it and add people later.
- **See who is on a site**: The site header shows the faces of the people assigned to it. Click them to see the full list, add more people, or remove someone. Adding a person gives them every building on the site; removing them keeps their tasks and protocols.
- **New buildings come with their people**: A building you add to a site is open straight away to everyone on that site.

## Improvements

- **No more automatic access to every new site**: The "add to new projects" setting on a person's profile is gone. Who works on a site is now decided on the site itself, so new sites only show up for the people you chose.
