What's new
- Client portal: Invite people from a client's company by email from the client page. They get a branded invitation, set a password, and see a read-only view of their sites: buildings, the floor plan with device pins, every device with its history, finished work, and each approved protocol, which they can download as the same PDF your team prints. Drafts, internal notes and anything they can't edit stay hidden.
- Change a PPM plan in plain words: Tell Ask "take the pumps out of the plan", "KL-12 was dismantled", "air conditioners every 6 months" or "add 5 GP-6 extinguishers on the ground floor", and it proposes the change for you to confirm. Work already done or started is kept. A cycle longer than the law allows is refused, with the regulation it comes from.
- A new PPM file updates the plan in force: Upload this year's register again and Ask offers to update the existing plan instead of creating a second one. A file for a different year is turned away before anything changes. Rows that only state a cycle get their dates filled in, and tasks appear straight after every upload.
- Export a PPM plan to Excel: Download the plan for a site as a spreadsheet, ready to send to the client.
Improvements
- Multi-tab PPM workbooks are read properly: Ask looks at every tab first, picks the plan for the right year and skips the rows the site left unticked. It only asks you when it isn't sure.
- Devices left out of the plan are suggested: On a site's Devices tab and in Ask, devices with no planned service are offered for the plan. Say no once and they won't be offered again.
- Clear a "needs review" warning on a schedule: Once you've checked an imported schedule, one click removes the warning for everyone.
- Searchable protocol list on the phone: On a site, the protocol list now opens as a full page with search, instead of a small sheet.
- A month of tasks ahead on the phone: The task list and the "my tasks" count now include open work due in the next 30 days.
Fixes
- Task dropdowns are no longer cut off: Choosing who a task is for, its protocol or its device in the task panel shows the whole list again.
