What's new
- Per-unit inspection history — Open any unit on a site (a boiler, an AC split, a fire panel) and see its complete inspection timeline: all previous protocols and any drafts currently in progress. Each submission stays attached to the unit that was actually inspected, not just the site.
- Walkthrough client PDF — After a site walkthrough, share a professional report ("Service activity report") with your client directly from the share menu on your phone. The report lists what was done, any findings and recommendations, and all photos with GPS timestamps. The report writes itself — no extra steps.
- Full-year PPM task schedule — PPM inspection tasks are now created for the whole planned year and pushed a month ahead, so technicians can see what's coming and plan their time.
- One tap to start a PPM protocol — From a PPM schedule, start a protocol for a specific device type in one tap, without losing track of which devices have been covered.
- Clients above sites — Companies that own multiple sites (like Dussmann or MD-GROUP) now have a real client page. Assign sites to a client, see all their sites and devices together, and filter the projects list by client.
- Technician's day map — A new route map view shows all of one technician's scheduled visits for the day in order, with travel times between each stop.
- Edit any section of a submitted protocol from Ask — Correct a reading, update a note, or change a field in an already-submitted protocol just by asking. Every change is versioned and you can restore an earlier version from the same panel.
- Weekly and monthly client reports with charts — Ask Workvoice can now generate a summary report for any client covering a week or a month, with charts showing completed work and findings.
Improvements
- Readable protocol numbers — Submitted protocols now get a human-readable number in the format NR/MM/RRRR (e.g. 12/10/2026), making it easy to reference and find them.
- Search protocols by number — The reports list and global search both accept the protocol number as a search term.
- Search highlights matched text — When you search the reports list, the matched word or phrase is highlighted in the results.
- Site members can see their buildings — Users whose access is scoped to a specific site can now see all the buildings under that site and the devices within them.
- Ask edits appear without a refresh — When Ask edits something on the page you're looking at, the change appears on screen straight away.
- Resize the Ask side panel — Drag the left edge of the Ask panel to give it more room or less, as needed.
Fixes
- Protocol pages print without browser chrome — Printing a protocol no longer includes the browser's header and footer on every page.
- Ask retries once on a model error — If the AI hits a temporary error mid-answer, it retries once before reporting the failure, reducing the number of interrupted responses.
- Signature fields pre-fill once — The technician's name and qualifications are pre-filled only on the first signature line, not duplicated on every subsequent page.
- iOS walkthrough PDF prints correctly — The client walkthrough PDF now prints A4 with proper margins on iOS.
