Technicians can now park a finished protocol on site and collect the client's signatures later, in one go. Ask Workvoice links every device, template and task it mentions, and suggests the next step after it creates something. Directions show drive times with live traffic and walk along real footpaths.

## What's new

- **Sign later** — When the client's representative isn't on site, a technician can fill and sign a protocol, then park it as "Awaiting signature" and move on to the next device. Later the client signs every parked protocol from one queue on the phone, and each signature sends its protocol. A 15:00 reminder lists anything still waiting.
- **Ask answers link to what they mention** — Every device, protocol template, task, building, schedule or person named in an answer is now a link. Tap it to open the item next to the chat. The source chips under an answer show real names instead of a generic "Project".
- **Ask suggests the next step** — After Ask creates an object, assigns people, sends invitations or imports a schedule, it offers the logical next actions as one-tap suggestions, such as "Invite people to this object" or "Split these inspections between technicians".
- **Drive times with live traffic, walks along footpaths** — Directions to a site now show driving minutes that account for current traffic. On foot, the map draws a route along real paths instead of a straight line through buildings, wherever the paths are mapped.

## Improvements

- **Edit protocol templates from the chat** — Ask can now apply several template changes from one message, rename or remove signature lines and conclusion options, set a column to number or yes/no, and restore an earlier template version. A confirmed change shows "Saving…" and the template beside the chat reloads straight away.
- **"This" means the page you're on** — When you switch pages with Ask open, "this object" or "this device" now refers to what's on screen, not to what you discussed earlier.
- **Ask knows about invitations** — Questions like "how many invitations are pending?" now get the real answer.
- **Workday reminders for every company** — People placed on a job by the crew rota now get an "Are you on site yet?" nudge at the start of the workday. Reminders can be switched off per company. Contact us if you'd like that.

## Fixes

- **Answers survive a page change** — If you ask a question and move to another page before the answer finishes, the question and its answer are still there when you come back.
- **Long answers no longer end in a network error** — Long, task-heavy answers now finish instead of being cut off.
- **Accepted invitations no longer show as pending** — An invite whose recipient already has an account is no longer counted as waiting.
