What's new
- Tasks are the first thing you see in the app — Your active jobs greet you when you open the app, sorted by overdue, today, and this week. Tap any task to open its workspace and start recording notes, doing a walkthrough, or filling a protocol — all linked to that specific job.
- Evidence attached to the right task — Notes, walkthroughs, and scans you capture from a task workspace are now tied to that task. At a glance you can see what's been documented and what's still open.
- Live dispatch board with a real map — The office web dashboard now shows all tasks backed by live data, and every site with a known address is pinned on the map so dispatchers can see where each team member is working.
- Hand off a protocol mid-visit — If a technician needs to leave before finishing a protocol, a colleague on the same project can take over. The sections already filled sync to the server so the new person continues exactly where the previous one stopped — no lost progress, no re-filling from scratch.
- Per-technician daily time overview — Managers can now see an inferred breakdown of what each technician spent their day on, built from the jobs and captures they logged.
- Ask Workvoice can now create a project — Tell the AI assistant to set up a new project. It shows you exactly what it will do, waits for your confirmation, then creates it.
Improvements
- Jump straight into a protocol from a task — If a task has a protocol attached, a direct button now takes you straight into filling it without navigating through the schedule.
Fixes
- Interrupted inspections resume, not restart — Scheduled inspections that were paused mid-way now pick up from where they left off instead of starting over.
- Protocol progress saved per visit — Protocol drafts are now tracked per visit (run), not per device assignment, so switching between visits no longer mixes up your progress.
