# Team roles — the right access for everyone

Admins, managers and field workers now each get the right level of access. Field workers manage only their own notes and documents, projects can only be created or removed by admins and managers, and company settings are locked to admins. Plus: calibrate each page of a multi-page site map on its own.

## What's new

- **Roles for your team.** Admins, managers and field workers each get the right level of access, so everyone sees and can change exactly what they should.
- **Your work stays yours.** Field workers can edit and delete only the notes and documents they created themselves. Managers and admins can manage anything in the projects they're part of.
- **Projects stay protected.** Only admins and managers can create or delete projects — field workers won't see those options by mistake.
- **Calibrate each site map page on its own.** When a site map has several pages, line up every page to the real location independently — so pins land in exactly the right spot on each one.

## Improvements

- **Company settings locked down.** Company details — address, phone, logo and email — can now only be changed by an administrator.
