# Workvoice Account Deletion

## How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Workvoice account and associated data, email
kacper@workvoice.co from the email address linked to your account.

Please use the subject line **Account Deletion Request** and include enough
details for us to identify your account (for example: phone number or
project/workspace name).

## What data is deleted

- Account profile data and authentication records
- Uploaded voice notes and related transcripts
- Uploaded images and generated note/quote artifacts tied to your account

## Retention and timing

We process verified deletion requests promptly. Certain records may be retained
for a limited period if required by law, security, fraud prevention, or
financial compliance.
